Bekkjarvik & Hardangerfjord in 3 days

Bekkjarvik hotel has been the heart of this fishing village ever since its establishment in the 1600s.

Today guests are coming for dining experiences in a restaurant boasting some of the best chefs in Norway. Ørjan Johannessen won the gold medal in Bocuse d`Or 2015, and in 2014, his twin brother Arnt received the award for “Kitchen Manager of the Year”, here in Norway.

Day one
Sailing route suggestion: Bergen, Bekkjarvik, (where you can indulge in world class cuisine and wine tasting), Rosendal. You can spend the night on the yacht or try sleeping in a castle at Baroniet Rosendal (from 1678).

Day two
Sailing route suggestion: Rosendal, Jondal (optional glacier hike on Folgefonna glacier), Ulvik, Eidfjord, Lofthus. Here you will have the option of spending the night at the grand historic Ullensvang hotel.

Day Tree
Sailing route suggestion: Lofthus, Fyksesundet, Øystese, Nordheimsund, Bergen.
